Samui Shuttle™  provides reasonably priced taxi and minibus services in Koh Samui, Thailand. Our core product is a regular point-to-point shuttle service, primarily between the airport and ferry piers and hotels and villas.  We will also take ad-hoc bookings of a minimum of 2 passengers from / to those areas outside our existing regular service, and we are available for full day and half day private minibus charters.

We are a licensed tour operator, having a TAT license, full passenger insurance and one of the few licensed taxi operations in Koh Samui.

We are establishing a registered user base. This is to help to make it easier to make a booking as well for those people with properties in hard to find locations. At time of registration, we will draw a map with detailed directions to the house or villa and keep it on file. We will send out one of our minibuses to test the access (some hillside properties may not be able to be accessed by our minibuses, but we do have one Toyota Fortuner in the fleet of 20 vehicles so it may be possible to utilise that instead) and to determine the time needed to get to / from the location.

Our key objective is to provide a professional and reasonably priced Koh Samui minibus and taxi service.  We believe that the minibus and taxi market in Koh Samui is fragmented and it is difficult for the customers to get a consistent service and price.  Samui Shuttle™ is a cooperative of owner drivers with experience of working in 5-star hotels and all have the intention of providing 5-star service.  Our minibuses are new, fully insured, well maintained and clean.  The drivers have licenses, speak a reasonable level of English and are committed to our concept of providing a quality and reasonably priced airport shuttle service.  Each driver has signed a contract of employment based on these goals.  The company has a Tourism Authority of Thailand license - number 31 / 0612.

Samui Shuttle™ currently only operates by booking service which can be done on the Internet, by telephone, by fax or through the hotel.  We will not be picking up customers without a confirmed booking.  We do however intend to open up booking offices at convenient locations as the business grows.
